Customer Journey Mapping is the G-CEM approach which gives you insight into every touchpoint of the customer journey. A survey is derived from the touchpoint model. The survey is completed by your target customers. The results will be presented within 4 to 6 weeks and show you where to invest. But also on which touchpoint no investment is needed and you save money, because it is is not branded. Important is to 'not always listen to your customer'.
