Carmen Phillips joins TOTE-M

April 18 Carmen Phillips joined TOTE-M as a senior consultant. Starting in the mid-nineties Carmen gained substantial experience in the field of customer contact. She worked both as an (interim) manager and consultant. After finishing an MBA, she had her own company. Recently Carmen was appointed board member of the Henley Business School Alumni Association.
