Performance Customer Interactions 2011 Event very successful

Het Performance Customer Interactions 2011 Event on Thursday March 17 in De Industrieele Groote Club in Amsterdam was very successful. There were about 75 participants. During the event around the theme 'Service, how hard can it be', the PCI 2011 report was presented. You can download the English version here.
