TOTE-M focuses on type of service and not on market segment. The issues with respect to customer management are comparable in but not the same for all sectors. The stages of development of customer management and contact centres vary considerably per sector and even within them. Sectors can learn a lot from one another. By operating in various sectors of industry, TOTE-M contributes to the exchange of experiences between them.

Everything revolves around our client’s customers. You will come across us at seminars, in magazines, on the web and at one-off sponsoring events. We are continually innovating our services.

We also apply all our insights into customer-oriented business performance to ourselves, which enables us to provide an even better service.

TOTE-M has grown into a company with 40 consultants. At the beginning of 2007, we opened an office in Belgium to help our customers there even better.
