TOTE-M and G-CEM enter into partnership

TOTE-M and G-CEM (Global Customer Experience Management) – the Shanghai-based world leader in the field of customer experience management (CEM) research– have recently entered into a partnership. This partnership includes CEM evaluation, CEM expertise & benchmark services, CEM process modelling, X-VOC research studies and CEM innovation.
