TOTE-M is proud to present its partnership with Smith+Co, a leading international consulting firm in Customer Experience Management (CEM), based in London. The first contact between Shaun Smith and Annemiek van Moorst, founding partner of TOTE-M, was at the Amsterdam CEM Certificate Programme in 2008, where Shaun and Sampson Lee were the lecturers. The partnership enables TOTE-M to offer its clients state of the art consulting services in CEM as will its close cooperation with Sampson Lee of G-CEM, which is a research partner of TOTE-M.
