Supplier selection

You have a clear vision of your solution direction. You know roughly what ROI is possible, but would like confirmation of this. Your challenge is to produce a properly substantiated choice. TOTE-M is completely independent. This is how it has to be, because besides selection projects, TOTE-M also performs global comparative studies. As a result, we can quickly produce a tailor-made RFP and know whether the supplier can live up to its promises. The selection subjects vary from support software – such as knowledge & content and email management systems, quality monitoring, e-learning and workforce management packages – to such hardware as automatic call distributors, VOIP and multichannel platforms. A selection project normally takes place during the implementation phase, prior to the actual implementation. This allows the requirements to be carefully examined in a broader perspective.
