TOTE-M is completely independent. This is how it has to be, because besides selection projects, TOTE-M also has performed global vendor comparisons. As a result, we can quickly produce a tailor-made Request for Proposal (RfP) and know whether the supplier can live up to its promises.

Selection may vary from support software such as knowledge, content and email management systems, quality monitoring, e-learning and workforce management packages. We are also experienced in hardware selection, e.g. automatic call distributors, VoIP and multichannel platforms.
