Customer Experience in Turkey

In 2010 TOTE-M started a CEM+ project at TOFAÅž - Türk Otomobil Fabrikasi AÅž, the OEM-producer of Fiat SpA in Turkey with its own sales organisation. TOFAÅž produces brands like Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Ferrari.

The Insight and Design phases have been concluded in 2010. The implementation starts first quarter 2011.
