For a Dutch health insurance company, TOTE-M, in close cooperation with the client, is providing support for a programme involving the analysis of various systems. The focus is on the analysis of softphone, computer telephony integration (CTI) and the existing customer image across all channels.

We were brought in because of our substantive hands-on expertise in the field of selection projects for various systems, and because of our vision/philosophy towards and knowledge of future developments in the field of functional and technical customer management.

The result of this project is a carefully considered selection of the right systems to effectively guarantee the continuity of the current operation. The selected systems can grow alongside the future developments in customer management within the framework of this organization’s multichannel strategy.
