Social responsibility

TOTE-M's brand values are Personal, Memorable. Enduring. Personal stands for customer relationship, Memorable for customer experience and Enduring for customer life-cycle. In Dutch the latter is not limited to the 'time' dimension. It also has the connotation of longterm, social and environmental responsibility.

Since 2009 TOTE-M participates in microfinance programs through a sponsorship of Oxfam NOVIB.
